I began using Black Seed Oil in January (2026) I moved to Sri Lanka to live from Australia in August 2025. On arrival I was not in the best of health. I was taking medication for blood pressure, chronic psoriasis, & I also had a fatty liver, and was having quarterly venesections to remove blood because of haemochromatosis. (too much iron in my blood). In January my Haemotologist advised I was on the verge of organ failure due to a Ferratin reading of 336.8, and I would need to have monthly venesections. I was directed to have blood tests between each venesection.
After 3 weeks of Black Seed Oil, taken as directed with a teaspoon of honey in warm water, I noticed a significant drop in my blood pressure and decided to eliminate the medication. Pressure has stabilised at Diastolic Below 130, Systolic below 80, and Pulse rate of 65. In February my iron levels had dropped to 159.6. It stayed stable for March, but my test this past week showed the levels had dropped to 98.6! I am sleeping better and the oil is obviously assisting in my prostate area as my urine flow has increased and instead of 3-4 nightly bathroom visits, it is now only once.
I have rec, ommended Baraka products to many Australian friends who have been and are ordering Baraka products, specifically Black Seed Oil, Codsees Capsules Gotukula, Memo, JointEase Oil & Balm, Black Seed Cream in large amounts, Rauvolfia, Slimexol, Cocole foot, hand, night and day creams.

I felt that a sore throat is starting, instead of taking it as it is I mixed it with my morning coffee. Voila feeling lighter and hopefully by tomorrow the sore would be gone.
